Join us for Creek Fest on Saturday & Sunday, November 21st & 22nd at 4750 Willard Norris Rd, Milton, FL 32570. Through extensive advertisement we invite residents to celebrate Native American Traditions with wholesome family activities. Festival hours will be from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on both days. There will be live Native flute music, Native drumming and dance, Native dance demonstrations, a 4,000sf Native American Cultural Education Center, a living Creek village, a reenactment battle, tomahawk throw, various games, and activities for children. Admission is $5.00 per person with children under 12 free. Various foods, frybread, roasted corn and beverages will be available for purchase on the grounds. Approximately 4,000 visitors attended Creek Fest 2026.

Exhibitor & Vendor Information

We welcome Native American vendors, local artists, and craft vendors interested in participating in Creek Fest 2026. Due to an exclusive concession vendor, no other food or drink vendors are permitted.

Vendor participation fee is $100.00 per 12’ × 12’ space, and includes free Wi-Fi and restroom facilities with hot showers and dressing areas. Vendors must complete an application and have prior approval. Company/product exclusivity is not guaranteed to any vendor.

Hold Harmless Clause

Vendor/Exhibitor, its officers, and members shall hold harmless and defend the Santa Rosa Band of the Lower Muscogee, Inc. and its agents, officers, and volunteers from all liability, judgments, suits, costs, and actions, including attorneys’ fees and all costs of litigation of every kind and description, brought or rendered against the Santa Rosa Band of the Lower Muscogee, Inc. because of loss, damage, or injury of persons or property by reason of any act or failure to act by its officers, members, or volunteers.

Rules & Regulations

Vendors shall comply with the following rules and regulations.

Liability Insurance & Indemnity

Some vendors, other than merchandise sale, may be required to provide proof of insurance depending on the activity provided. The vendor will be notified in advance if required.

Vendor / Exhibit Categories

Arts & Crafts — items must be handmade or refurbished in some fashion by the vendor. This does not include items that are handmade but purchased for resale. For display and sale of artwork, traditional Native items, and craft-type items reflecting quality and diversity. Native products are preferred.
Game booths with games requiring some skill, with prizes awarded (e.g. bean bag toss, cake walk), operated by non-profit groups, volunteer groups, or businesses.
Due to an exclusive concession vendor, no other food or drink vendors are permitted.
All vendors are subject to final approval by the Vendor Coordinator.

Booth Space

Booth display areas are 12’ × 12’. The entire display must be contained within the allotted space.
If more space is needed, additional 12’ × 12’ spaces must be purchased as needed.
Specific space needs should be noted on the application form; every attempt will be made to accommodate the request.
Tents and other amenities are not included. Vendors are required to tie down tents.

Booth Set Up / Removal

Assembly may begin no earlier than 8:00 a.m., Wednesday, November 18th, and must be complete by 9:00 a.m. Saturday, November 22nd.
Breakdown may begin no earlier than 5:00 p.m., Sunday, November 23rd. Special arrangements must be approved in advance by the Vendor Coordinator.

Sound Restrictions

The Vendor Coordinator reserves the right to monitor and regulate sound levels from all booths/exhibits.

Booth / Vendor Construction & Use

Vendors and exhibitors must provide all materials needed for booth/display set up (tents, chairs, etc.) and are responsible for their own set up.
The Vendor Coordinator may remove any booth constructed in an unsafe manner or not tied down. Permanent structures are prohibited.

Clean-Up

Booths must be kept clean. All refuse must be deposited in containers provided onsite. No grease, hot coals, or food products may be dumped onto park grounds at any time.

Electricity

Electricity will not be provided to booths. Quiet running generators may be allowed with special permission from the Vendor Coordinator.

Grounds Guidelines

No alcohol or drugs on the grounds — offenders will be asked to leave immediately.
No open carry of firearms without permission. Please respect all wildlife.

Indian Arts and Crafts Act

Native American vendors are required to comply with the US Dept. of Interior Indian Arts and Crafts Act. More info: www.doi.gov/iacb.
